Global IT-Outsourcing - A Study on the Effects of the Pandemic

We are examining how the COVID-19 pandemic has changed, and will change,  IT sourcing relationships.

This study is conducted by the Chair of Information Systems Management at the University of Bamberg, Germany.

Your personal outsourcing experience in this field is essential to obtain a well-founded understanding of the recently changed circumstances and to gain further insights for outsourcing management.

All participants who complete this survey will receive an exclusive (free) copy of the study report in a couple of weeks.

Please note the following when completing the questionnaire: 

  • The answers should reflect your personal perspective. The official view of your company, parent / group company, or association is irrelevant. The quality and usefulness of our results depends on your personal assessment.
  • Due to the evaluation method, some questions may sound similar. This is required to support our statistical evaluation .
  • We guarantee that the questionnaire will be evaluated on a non-identifiable basis. No personally identifiable data will be passed on to third parties.
